Step 1
Filling Out the Order Form
You can access the order form via the “Order Now” button located at the bottom of each page.
Once you have filled in all the required fields, a confirmation page with your order number will be displayed.
Step2
Confirm Your Order
Please save the confirmation page as a screenshot or PDF and send it via DM on X or to our email address. we can also proceed with just the order number.
At this stage, we will talk about the detail, and for those who wish to have an original design, we will propose design ideas.
Step3
Payment
After reviewing the details, we will inform you of the final price and shipping costs according to the specifications.

Delivery
Currently, we offer the following two shipping methods:
A: Standard Shipping from Japan (twice a year)
Shipping periods: July and December (dates not yet decided)
*Once the dates are decided, we will announce the exact dates on our website and X.
As a rule, orders with payment received at least three weeks before the scheduled shipping date will be shipped.
Shipping fee included.
Recommended for those who are not in a hurry.
B: Early Shipping
Shipped by international mail within two weeks after payment from the Netherlands.
Shipping cost will be charged based on actual expenses.
Recommended for those who want to receive their items quickly or for gift purposes.
*Please note that delivery may sometimes take longer than the above periods.
